Description

Move the KFontGen and font loader into a sub-project, which is not dependent on KlayGE.

KFont IO is in an independent lib (in changeset 9e0a3e8884f83ee10dbd54e6802515e45f799cb7).

KFontGen utilizes the kfont lib to read and write .kfont format. But the KFont itself is very dependent on KlayGE so it won't be moved to kfont sub-project.
